Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of on-site work and remote work flexibility. The Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager will support daily operations by handling executive administrative tasks, managing expense reports, and providing comprehensive executive support. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in managing Expense Reports and providing high-level Executive Support
  • Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with office management tools and software
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
