Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and providing hands-on Executive Support
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, multitask effectively, and maintain discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficient in using office tools and technology
  • Familiarity with AI-related industries and ecosystems is a plus
  • Relevant professional experience as an office manager or executive assistant
