As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Human Resources and Operations professional to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth internal operations, strong employee support, and an efficient office environment across our international offices.

What you'll be spending your time on:

Finance Administration

  • Track and monitor company and departmental expenses, including office rental payments and utilities bills.
  • Prepare and raise payment requests and coordinate closely with the Finance Team to ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor payment cycles and ensure all settlements are completed accurately and on time.

Human Resources Administration

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and retrieval of information technology equipment.
  • Manage the issuance and return of access passes and door access credentials.
  • Arrange flights and accommodations for new joiners prior to onboarding when system access is unavailable.
  • Track and maintain inventory of office issued information technology assets and support periodic asset audits.
  • Manage the company human resources portal and oversee human resources related content on LinkedIn, excluding talent acquisition activities.
  • Support the dissemination and maintenance of human resources policies and employee related materials.
  • Conduct research and participate in relevant human resources awards and recognition initiatives.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, including birthday celebrations, work anniversary gifts, onboarding kits, team building activities, and company wide events.
  • Maintain an updated list of public holidays across all international offices.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage human resources related vendors.
  • Manage internal communications and staff announcements.

Corporate and Office Administration

  • Manage office lease agreements, renewals, and landlord communications.
  • Track rental billing cycles and coordinate office related payments.
  • Coordinate servicing and maintenance of office utilities, safety equipment, and facilities.
  • Oversee ordering and tracking of office supplies, consumables, and equipment.
  • Manage physical and digital name cards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate vendors.
  • Handle general staff enquiries and attend to walk in visitors at the office reception.
  • Organise and coordinate management meetings and corporate events, including end to end logistics and vendor coordination.

For this role you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in human resources operations, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive, responsible, and service oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Not a must, but a great advantage:

  • Experience supporting regional or international teams.
  • Exposure to finance administration, vendor management, or corporate operations.
