Singapore Golf Association (SGA) is the National Sports Association for golf in Singapore. We work closely with clubs, athletes, partners and stakeholders to develop the sport across participation and high performance.
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Office Manager /Executive, Administration & HR Support to strengthen the administrative backbone of our Secretariat. This role is primarily focused on office management and administration, with secondary HR support responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration (Primary function)
- Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities and vendors
- Manage administrative systems, records, databases and documentation
-Coordinate meetings and internal activities
-Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management
- Support governance and statutory documentation (e.g. ROS, COC, IPC-related matters)
- Liaise with Sport Singapore and SNOC on NSA administrative matters - Support organisational audits relating to administration and HR documentation
- Support the Finance and Operations teams with administrative matters where required
HR Administration & Support (Secondary function)
- Support recruitment administration and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records (leave, insurance, HR documentation)
- Prepare and manage employee contracts
- Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations (EP, S Pass, WP, DP)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in office management, administration or HR support
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and accuracy
- Professional, discreet and dependable
- Comfortable working in a lean team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/admin systems (e.g. Info-Tech)
