Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AI operations, project delivery, and internal process optimization.

• Manage technology deployment, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure operational scalability and efficiency for AI products and services in Singapore and China.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and resource allocation across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as COO, Managing Director, or similar senior operational role.
• Strong project management, operational leadership, and technology execution skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese experience working with China-based teams and vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills.
