Managing Director (Company)

I. Strategy and Corporate Governance

Participate in and drive the formulation and implementation of the company's medium- and long-term strategies.

Translate the board's strategy into actionable annual/quarterly operating plans.

Be responsible for the company's overall performance (P&L) and growth targets.

Ensure that corporate governance, compliance, and risk management meet the requirements of the board and the law.

II. Operations Management and Business Results

Be fully responsible for the company's daily operations and business decisions.

Oversee all business lines (sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, human resources, etc.).

Set business targets (revenue, profit, cash flow, market share) and follow up on their implementation.
