Adecco is partnering with a specialty base oil manufacturer and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their business on a 1 year contract! Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the successful incumbent will support the import and export operations. This role involves processing orders, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely and accurate billing, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
1-year contract
Location: Central region
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary Package: up to $4,400/month + 1 month completion bonus

Handle end-to-end order processing, including documentation, compliance, billing, and filing for audits.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, shipment updates, and documentation requirements.
Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and feedback; support process improvement initiatives.
Stay current on international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms) and support training for new team members.
The Talent
Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
Relevant customer service experience, preferably in logistics or trade.
Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
