- Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,000/month + performance-based bonuses

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings across air and sea freight services
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking
- Provide shipment updates and resolve client or stakeholder issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records to ensure consistent end-to-end service
Requirements
- Prior experience in air or sea freight operations, cargo coordination, or logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
