Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement)
Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks, barcode labelling)
Handling customer enquires or complaints
Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
Prepare Profit and loss for each shipment.
Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements
Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
