Job Description

Air & Sea Freight Customer Service Executive

  • Location: CIAS Cargo, Changi, Singapore
  • Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,000/month + performance-based bonuses
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and bookings across air and sea freight services
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Handle documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking
  • Provide shipment updates and resolve client or stakeholder issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure consistent end-to-end service

Requirements

  • Prior experience in air or sea freight operations, cargo coordination, or logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
