This role is ideal for a proactive and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, and maintaining high service standards throughout the order fulfillment process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily customer service operations to ensure smooth workflows and uphold high service standards.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support routine tasks and achieve departmental objectives.
- Cultivate a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Professionally manage and resolve service-related complaints and issues.
- Oversee billing functions, including invoicing and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient goods movement.
- Handle escalations involving stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or product damages.
- Process and monitor customer orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring accurate dispatch in coordination with warehouse and transport teams.
- Manage customer returns and exchanges promptly and effectively.
- Work with supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery coordination across internal and external teams.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines in daily operations.
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong grasp of customer account management principles.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Reliable team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking and resolving issues effectively.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Consistent record of punctuality and attendance.
