Job Description

Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

Location: Singapore

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering successful projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Support budget tracking and procurement processes where required.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate potential risks or delays to senior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of basic budgeting and reporting procedures.
