Responsibilities of Project Coordinator
. Assist Directors and Sales Managers in site surveys, prepare architectural briefs specific to projects, and lead project management.
. Close coordination with Production and Installation teams to ensure all works are delivered on time and with quality.
. Coordinate with sub-contractors, architects, consultants and relevant authorities to manage the progress and smooth execution of project.
. Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant teams.
. Demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking skills and to know how to work out prelims, budgeting, monitor costs and quality, and to update all concerns and site management with verbal and written reports.
. Involved in method of statement and safety documents handling, with detailed drawings understanding and knowledge.
Requirements of Project Manager
. Proficient use of AutoCAD.
. Able to communicate fluently.
. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or Diploma in Project Management.
. Basic use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and project management experience.
. At least 2 years of project management experience or construction related experience.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
