Job Description

Lead a cross-functional team to deliver POS-related projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
Gather feedback from clients and end-users to guide system improvements and enhance usability, performance, and reliability.
Translate product strategy and market requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive adoption and competitiveness.
Plan and manage system updates and feature releases, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business needs.
Support ongoing product development to drive user growth, improve market performance, and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or enterprise systems.
Experience in POS systems, retail technology, F&B systems, or payment solutions will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on business impact and user value.
