Define product requirements (requirement engineering, mainly software) for AFC/Flipchip applications based on market and customer requests.
Collaborate with R&D to define new features and CIP requirements for both software and hardware.
Support R&D during project phases, including clarifying requirements, specifications, and participating in design reviews.
Participate in the development and extension of hardware and software modules according to current or future customer requirements.
Conduct internal acceptance tests and beta tests of new machines, modules, and software releases.
Take module responsibility (software and hardware) including driving continuous improvements to meet market and customer expectations.
Support market introduction activities such as exhibitions, demos, evaluations, and buy-offs.
Conduct feasibility studies and sample bonding while collecting process, production, and competitor data at customer sites.
Build technical know-how on products and problem-solving via structured knowledge transfer between Product Line, R&D, and regional support centers.
Coordinate and provide technical solutions/problem solving for customer issues in collaboration with CPM and Field Service Engineers (2nd level support).
