Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements for estimating testing scope and schedule.
Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, in accordance with project requirements.
Conduct functional test execution and manage defect tracking.
Collect and report testing progress and metrics to stakeholders.
Adopt, execute, and champion the company's software testing and quality assurance processes.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
