Information technology Executive (Healthcare)

Data Compliance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Provide guidance on compliance issues and assist in deploying newly established policies.
• Evaluate data access requests to ensure alignment with existing policies and standards.

User Access Governance

• Contribute to the upkeep and enforcement of IT processes and internal controls.
• Assist in executing user access policies and conducting regular access reviews.
• Manage user ID provisioning for both clinical and research-related systems.

IT Audit Management

• Assist in organizing and executing risk-based IT audits.
• Track audit outcomes and support the preparation of related documentation.
• Participate in special projects, including investigations and staff training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in IT management, healthcare, or business analysis is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
