RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
• Support the setup of courses and schedules in the Training Management System (TMS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with trainers on documentation and onboarding to ensure smooth engagement and readiness.
• Upload and manage course materials in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is current and accessible.
• Support the processing of applications, ensuring timely review, approval, and compliance with course and funding requirements.
• Assist in creating and updating course webpages to ensure accurate and timely information is presented to learners.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Minimally 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the education sector and training / learning management system administration preferred
• Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly analytical
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Able to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who is meticulous, takes initiatives and able to multi-task
