Main Purpose:

• To assist in achieving sales revenue and market share targets by assisting sales reps with customer service and support.
• To ensure that the Company's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

Key Accountabilities:

. Work within and actively promote Company's core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

. Promotes and sells Company's products and services within an assigned area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

. Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

. Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Company's products and/or services.

. Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

. Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

. Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

. Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

. Provide technical backup at follow-ups, clinics and implants as required.

. Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.

. Provide on-call support, and technical in-services and presentations to customers.

. Manage inventory control, including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.

. Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Clinical Managers.

. Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to sales manager.

. Ensure a thorough understanding of and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.

. Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Diploma in relevant field of studies (Eg. Biomedical Science or Life Sciences)
• Willing to learn attitude
