What you'll be doing
- Assist in managing emergency equipment and consumables, including procurement, budget tracking, and asset management
- Support the review and upkeep of the hospital's emergency response plans and SOPs
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for emergency exercises, drills, and monthly fleet tests
- Participate in planning discussions, supporting workshops, collating requirements, and preparing procurement timelines
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for committees, audits, and relevant stakeholders related projects
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking for emergency planning activities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Public Health/ Business Management or related studies
- Training will be provided, preferably 1 - 2 years of administration/ planning working experience in healthcare operations
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Interest in healthcare operations, emergency planning, or business continuity
