We are currently looking for a HR Admin Intern to assist the HR and Retail Operations Team in Singapore to manage various HR functions across Singapore and Malaysia. Interested candidate must be able to commit from 1 January to 30 June 2026.
Through this Internship, you will be exposed to various functions which includes but not limited to below:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview, and onboarding.
- Conduct induction programs for retail and office new joiners and provide HRIS training as required.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in accordance with company standards.
- Process monthly payroll, including commission and claims calculations, and generate payroll reports for reconciliation.
- Validate and process invoices from HR vendors and recruitment agencies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support department heads with performance evaluation processes, including probation assessments and year-end appraisals.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to support performance reviews and incentive programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events.
- Prepare Monthly and Ad hoc HR reports.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR and retail operations, including rostering, targets consolidation, and store-related documentation.
- Validate and process invoices from HR and retail operations vendors.
- Manage office supplies, business cards, and store name tags.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
- File and manage Management travel claims.
- Coordinate with office maintenance for reporting, follow-ups, and upkeep of office facilities.
Requirements:
- Education Level: Undergraduates/Diploma students from Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and explore new ventures
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Adept at active listening and conveying information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
