Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Provide support on Talent Acquisition & Hiring process for frontliners e.g. job posting, contract management, onboarding and pre-onboarding

HR Operations:

  • Collate and maintain HR database with accuracy
  • Play an active role in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries and requests, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Assist in managing insurance registrations and visa applications, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Employee Engagement

  • Support HR initiatives and team bonding events to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Assist with planning and executing engagement activities

Work Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with an eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepared to commit to a six month internship
