Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources intern to join our Singapore team in a startup environment. This role provides a hands-on experience in diverse aspects of in-house Human Resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as document filing, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Participate in HR projects related to performance management, learning and development, and company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
