Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Intern who is keen to gain hands-on experience across different facets of Human Resources. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world HR projects within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding or Learning & Development. You will support a mix of operational and project-based tasks aimed at enhancing candidate engagement, employee experience, and internal capability-building.

Do note that the scope will be tailored to ongoing team priorities and your learning goals.

Essential Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Contribute to the recruitment process by assisting with resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Support the development of the candidate-to-employee journey by curating structured recruitment tools and enhancing onboarding touchpoints
  • Collaborate on branding initiatives such as career fairs and outreach campaigns

2.Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal capability-building sessions and support vendor or stakeholder engagement for employee development initiatives.
  • Support learning operations by tracking compliance training, verifying attendance, and maintaining accurate records to reinforce a strong learning culture.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for learning platforms to enhance the overall learner experience.

3.Cross-Team Projects & Exposure

  • Take part in ad-hoc projects or digitalization initiatives as needed, with the opportunity to contribute across evolving HR priorities

Skills and Competencies Profile

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently across diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools
