Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives, including:
  • Recruitment: Developing the Behavioural Interview Framework
  • Learning & Development: Planning and execution of SingLand Learning Festival, New Hire Journey in Learning Management System, People Manager Conference and Quarterly LinkedIn Bulletin
  • Employee Engagement: Organizing June Family Month and Health & Wellness Month planning
  • HR Analytics: Supporting data reporting and analysis
  • Compensation & Benefits: Implementing Employee Recognition Programs, Corporate Passes
  • Provide support in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Any other HR duties as may be assigned during the internship period.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
