Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
Handle end to end recruitment process which includes but not limited to job posting, resume screening, arrange interview and conduct interview with shortlisted candidates, extend offer and prepare LOA.
Handle internal and clients monthly payroll processing, CPF submission, AIS and IR21 submission and preparation of IR8A form, NSmen make-up claims, Government Paid Leave claim submission, etc.
Respond to queries on client's payroll related matters.
Process the employee life cycle which includes new staff onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion/transfer process, exit interview and ensure any letter in regards to the employees are prepared in a timely manner.
Maintain and update employee information in HRIS (Info-Tech, Talenox).
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in the of recruitment and payroll function.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong verbal & written communication and able to interact with people at all levels.
Meticulous and good working attitude.
Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Must have a good knowledge of labour legislation in Singapore.
Have regional knowledge of labour laws outside of Singapore is a plus.
Mandarin proficiency is is vital to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
