Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for delivering full-spectrum HR generalist services while actively supporting HR transformation initiatives. This role ensures operational excellence in day-to-day HR functions and contributes to modernizing HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

HR Generalist Duties

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, status changes, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents (employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data for regional employees.
  • Coordinate employee training activities, administration, and record-keeping.
  • Manage work pass and compliance processes (MOM-related matters).
  • Handle day-to-day HR enquiries and provide timely support to employees.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, documentation, and HRIS updates.

HR Transformation Support

  • Participate in HR transformation projects, including process automation and system upgrades.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new HR technologies and digital tools.
  • Assist in reviewing and redesigning HR policies, workflows, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management efforts.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in HR as a generalist or payroll administration
  • Exposure to Malaysia and Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Experience of handling Malaysia and Singapore payroll is an advantage
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
