Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for delivering full-spectrum HR generalist services while actively supporting HR transformation initiatives. This role ensures operational excellence in day-to-day HR functions and contributes to modernizing HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
HR Generalist Duties
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, status changes, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents (employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc.).
- Maintain accurate HRIS data for regional employees.
- Coordinate employee training activities, administration, and record-keeping.
- Manage work pass and compliance processes (MOM-related matters).
- Handle day-to-day HR enquiries and provide timely support to employees.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, documentation, and HRIS updates.
HR Transformation Support
- Participate in HR transformation projects, including process automation and system upgrades.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new HR technologies and digital tools.
- Assist in reviewing and redesigning HR policies, workflows, and employee experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management efforts.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in HR as a generalist or payroll administration
- Exposure to Malaysia and Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Experience of handling Malaysia and Singapore payroll is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
