Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and strategic partnership building. This role will play a critical part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent, while fostering meaningful relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for various functions within the organization, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Take responsibility and own the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements, candidate identification, interviews and hiring.
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies to expand talent reach.
  • Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline
  • Ensures a positive candidate experience, one which reflects our impeccable service culture and standards.

Partnership & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions (e.g., polytechnics, ITEs, universities) for internship and graduate hiring programs.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and government-linked agencies to enhance employer branding and talent outreach.
  • Act as the liaison with community organizations to support inclusive hiring and employment reintegration initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, industry networking events, and campus recruitment drives.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen our value proposition as an Employer of Choice. This includes showcasing our value proposition through our recruitment channel and other avenues.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.
