Job Description

The HR team is at the heart of talent development and capability building for Cloudwise International Business Group. We are looking for local talents like you have a passion for people, culture and create beautiful things together. This role offers you a hands-on experience in IT fore frontier industry, allowing you to apply your knowledge to real-world scenarios while contributing to the growth of the organization.

1) Recruitment

  • Serve as the primary point of contact from sourcing solutions to attract and acquire high-quality candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and ensure timely delivery of quality hires
  • Review and assess current recruitment workflows, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve

2) Employee Engagement & Life-cycle Support

  • Support internal engagement and culture-building initiatives (Birthday month celebration, CSR, cultural event initiatives)
  • Provide support for employee&aposs lifecycle from onboarding and offboarding

3) HRIS & Operations

  • File and maintain accurate and complete documentation via internal tools and employee p-files
  • Assist in organizing learning sessions and training logistics, maintain learning records and support employee development initiatives
  • Serve as a culture champion for both new joiners and existing employees across global teams.

Education, qualifications, and certifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of HR or Business related administrative capacity
  • An energetic, passionate, resilient, and curious mindset with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • A proactive and professional approach ensures the confidentiality of protecting sensitive data
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Bilingual in both English & Mandarin is a plus as this role will be liaising with internal China based colleagues from time to time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other data management tools.
