Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to balance candidate experience with organizational needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes that support business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Designing and executing sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, and digital platforms.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Conducting reference checks and coordinating offer processes in alignment with HR policies.
- Monitoring labor market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Maintaining compliance with employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 16 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within corporate, agency, or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methods, recruitment tools, and selection techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, labor markets, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
