SUMMARY:
We believe that our employees are the core of our business and for that to happen, we need employee-centric Human resources team to drive our recruitment, remuneration and retention. This role will require the candidate to work in a matrix environment and partner other line managers and departments in meeting our business needs. To source, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions and seniority levels. The candidate should also have an eye for detail and be meticulous in keeping our employee data updated and accurate.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
- Manage Talent Acquisition for Business needs.
- Participate in developing programs that enhance recruitment process, employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding processes and manage exit procedures for departing employees.Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events.
- Liaise with Authorities on candidate screening.
- Coordinate matters regarding working passes with Ministry of Manpower.
- Maintain and report on the HR budget tracker on a monthly basis.
- Track and monitor HR metrics for Recruitment.
- Work closely with Learning & Development on Talent Matters.
- Maintain Employee and Labour Union Relations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document coordination and processing.Maintain, file, and update employee data accurately across various organizational platforms.Ensure effective and efficient HR solutions delivery while maintaining updated and accurate employee data.
- Administer company policies and ensure compliance across all HR functions. To undertake any additional reasonable duties at the request of your Line Manager.
- To undertake any training and development activities at the request of your Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in field of HR.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Attention to detail and the ability to organise tasks in a structured and logical way
- Able to work with employees from all levels and influence/advise on issues relating to human resource business partnering.
- Knowledge of labour legislation.
- Candidates who have experience working with HRIS will have an added advantage.
