Title: Senior / Executive, Compensation and Payroll
Type: 6 months contract
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Compensation and Payroll Manager on compensation initiatives and payroll matters.
- Support the payroll validation for the institutions to ensure timely and accurate payment, including annual bonus payment, annual salary increment and promotion exercise.
- Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to roll out compensation programmes.
- Participate in the manpower planning budget system (MPBS) implementation and automation of inter-company billing (ICB) process.
- Collaborate with payroll partners and system owners, liaising on issues in the implementation of policies/ programmes.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a Compensation/Payroll function for an organization with more than 300 to 500 staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical, good problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex documents. Strong detail orientation.
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
