Job Scope:
- Support the Compensation and Payroll Manager in driving compensation initiatives and managing payroll operations.
- Oversee payroll validation for institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary payments, annual bonuses, and adjustments related to increments and promotions.
- Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to implement compensation programmes across company Corporate Office.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Manpower Planning Budget System (MPBS) and automation of the inter-company billing (ICB) process.
- Collaborate with payroll partners and system owners to address policy or system-related issues.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing compensation or payroll functions in an organisation with more than 1000 employees.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
