Job Description

This role supportsHR administration, handling tasks such as:

  • Onboarding verifying new hire data and documents.
  • Leave management processing various types of leave (maternity, paternity, marriage, etc.).
  • Offboarding managing employee exits.
  • Work pass administration handling new applications and renewals.
  • Letter generation preparing documents like visa letters and documents, and employment certifications not generated from DarwinBox.
  • Reporting generating reports and providing data for ad hoc requests.
  • Statutory surveys completing required government or organizational surveys.
  • Other ad hoc dutiesas assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Min 1 Year of HR Ops/ HR Admin Experience
