Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare Employment Letters and issue appointment, confirmation, termination, and other HR-related letters.
2. Work Pass Administration
Handle full-process Work Permit applications and renewals (HS).
Manage PSA pass applications for NT staff.
3. Employee Records & Systems
Update and maintain employee information in HR systems and SME payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for staff movements.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate staff training and course registrations.
Liaise with training providers and apply for CCP grants where applicable.
5. Insurance & Benefits
Handle vehicle insurance renewals and claims.
Manage employee insurance claims for medical or work-related incidents.
6. HR & Administrative Support
Maintain HR files, records, and databases.
Handle general office administration (filing, scanning, documentation).
Assist payroll preparation with data such as leave records and payslips.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and management.
Support HR operations as needed.
