Job Description

1. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage full onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Prepare Employment Letters and issue appointment, confirmation, termination, and other HR-related letters.

2. Work Pass Administration

  • Handle full-process Work Permit applications and renewals (HS).

  • Manage PSA pass applications for NT staff.

3. Employee Records & Systems

  • Update and maintain employee information in HR systems and SME payroll.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for staff movements.

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate staff training and course registrations.

  • Liaise with training providers and apply for CCP grants where applicable.

5. Insurance & Benefits

  • Handle vehicle insurance renewals and claims.

  • Manage employee insurance claims for medical or work-related incidents.

6. HR & Administrative Support

  • Maintain HR files, records, and databases.

  • Handle general office administration (filing, scanning, documentation).

  • Assist payroll preparation with data such as leave records and payslips.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and management.

  • Support HR operations as needed.
