HR Executive / HR Business Partner

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as an HR Executive/HR Business Partner based in Singapore, allowing occasional work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, fostering employee relations, and driving human resource strategies to support organizational goals. The role will involve supporting and advising on day-to-day HR matters and working closely with team members to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and the development of HR strategies
• Proficiency in HR Operations and implementation of HR policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workforce concerns
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work model
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and regulations is a plus
