Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for an HR Executive/HR Business Partner. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies. The role allows flexibility with a combination of remote work and in-office presence as necessary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in general Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in luxury retail or e-commerce is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
