HR Executive / HR Business Partner

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. As an HR Executive / HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for handling HR management and operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and managing employee relations effectively. Key responsibilities also include supporting recruitment processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring HR compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Experience managing Employee Relations and maintaining a positive work environment
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Singapore's labor laws and cultural workplace practices is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
