HR Executive / HR Business Partner

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an HR Executive / HR Business Partner located in Singapore. The HR Executive / HR Business Partner will oversee various HR operations including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting daily HR administration. The individual will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes, performance management, employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with company and legal HR standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR practices that foster a positive workplace culture.

• Strong skills in Employee Relations and understanding of HR Policies
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Singapore is highly valued
