Job Summary

Manage full-cycle HR functions and manpower planning for construction projects, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations. Collaborate with project teams to support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations to support organizational goals
  • Plan and coordinate manpower requirements for construction projects, including preparing and submitting work pass applications in compliance with MOM regulations
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and support performance management processes to maintain a positive work environment
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to inform management decisions and support training and development programs
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address site-specific HR needs, ensuring alignment with company policies and project requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with employment laws

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in construction or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass procedures
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
