Job summary:
The HR & Admin provides essential support in managing day-to-day human resources functions and office administration. This role focuses on enhancing employee relations, coordinating internal meetings, and ensuring seamless office operations to support regional business results. Duties/Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Employee Relations
- Assist in employee engagement activities and corporate events to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, promoting effective communication and Synergy between staff and management.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all administrative requirements are met with Integrity.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files with a high degree of Dedication.
Regional Communication & Translation
- Provide translation support for HR and corporate collateral from Chinese to English to ensure consistency for the Singapore and India Branch Offices.
- Liaise with Global HQ in China to adapt regional communications and guidelines for local implementation.
Meetings & Coordination
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and refreshments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items to ensure follow-through on Performance outcomes.
- Coordinate and liaise with other department heads ensure monthly reports results for company meeting.
Office Administration
- Maintain office and pantry supplies, stationery, and order name cards as required.
- Manage incoming courier deliveries and attend to guests or walk-in visitors.
- Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and general cleanliness of common areas.
- Handle business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visa applications, and transport.
