About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Assistant Manager to support and oversee daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting overall HR strategies within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company policies
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters
- Monitor and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, marine, or engineering industries
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling foreign workers and work pass applications
- Familiarity with payroll processing and HRIS systems
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
