Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible HR cum Admin professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and site administrative functions at our Jurong Island project site, ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for site staff including engineers, supervisors, and workers by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters
- Coordinate onboarding and site induction programs to integrate new employees effectively
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Administer confirmation, contract renewal, and offboarding processes in alignment with company policies and Singapore labor laws
- Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws in all HR activities to maintain legal compliance
- Provide general administrative support at the site office to facilitate daily operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment to maintain operational readiness
- Coordinate site access, passes, and logistics to support workforce mobility and security
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence to support communication and record-keeping
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery
- Support daily office operations by organizing tasks and multitasking efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years of HR and administrative experience
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Organized and able to multitask to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Able to work on-site at Jurong Island
