Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and offboarding
Handle employee relations matters and provide HR advisory support
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local labor laws
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., MOM regulations, CPF submission, leave management)
Support HR documentation, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
2-3 years of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently
Familiar with MOM regulations and employment pass applications
Experience in ISO or audit documentation is an added advantage
