Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and offboarding

  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR advisory support

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local labor laws

  • Assist in performance management and training coordination

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., MOM regulations, CPF submission, leave management)

  • Support HR documentation, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience

  • Knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with MOM regulations and employment pass applications

  • Experience in ISO or audit documentation is an added advantage
