A leading player in the food distribution & manufacturing industry is looking for a hands-on, strategic HR & Admin Manager to lead HR operations, culture, and people strategy.
What you'll do:
- Lead full-spectrum HR (TA, ER, C&B, PM, T&D, HR Ops)
- Advise management on HR strategy & workforce planning
- Drive engagement, performance & culture-building initiatives
- Oversee payroll, policies, compliance & audits
- Manage HRIS, reporting & office admin
- Champion AI/automation for HR process improvement
What we need:
- 4+ years HR experience
- Strong Singapore HR knowledge
- Great communicator, problem-solver & culture builder
- Digitally savvy with an AI-forward mindset
