About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our growing global team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for ongoing employment. This role plays a critical part in delivering both strategic and operational HR and administrative support across our international operations.

The HR & Admin Manager will partner closely with senior leadership, people managers, and employees globally to manage employee relations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, support talent and performance management, and drive continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes as Green Li-ion continues to expand internationally. The role also provides direct administrative and travel support to the CEO and oversees global employee travel and HR operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & People Operations

  • Provide end-to-end support for Talent Acquisition & Hiring, including job postings, interview coordination, contract preparation, and pre-onboarding
  • Manage and advise employees on work pass and immigration matters, including applications, renewals, issuance, and appeals
  • Design, review, and implement compensation and benefits packages aligned with business needs and market benchmarks
  • Implement and manage performance review and appraisal processes
  • Play an active role in leading HR policy implementation, updates, and change management
  • Assess training needs and coordinate Learning & Development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations and grievances, ensuring fair, professional, and timely resolution
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations across multiple jurisdictions

Payroll, Finance & HR Systems

  • Work closely with Finance on:
  • Monthly payroll processing (local payroll and EOR-managed payroll)
  • Salary adjustments, bonuses, and compensation changes
  • Payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Manage leave administration, including tracking, approvals, and policy compliance
  • Administer and maintain HR platforms, HRIS systems, and EOR platforms
  • Prepare HR templates, trackers, reports, and documentation

Executive & Global Administration

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO, including:
  • Travel planning and coordination
  • Flight bookings, accommodation, and detailed travel itineraries
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Manage employee travel and administrative arrangements across global offices, including Europe, USA, Germany, Australia, and APAC
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board meetings, and key stakeholder engagements
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation

Strategic & Business Support

  • Support senior leadership in key people and operational decisions
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior executives, board members, and investors
  • Contribute to building scalable HR and administrative processes suitable for a growing organization

About You

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • IHRP-CP certification or above is preferred
  • Candidates with SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD certifications will also be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience or experience in a recruitment agency (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to join within a short notice period is highly preferred

Desirable:

. Experience working in a start-up or high-growth technology or manufacturing environment

. Experience supporting employees across USA, Australia, and Europe, with working knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices

. HR certifications such as IHRP-CP and above, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent

. Experience with HRIS implementation, optimisation, or systems management

. Exposure to multi-country HR operations and EOR-managed workforces
