Position: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Singapore (Headquarters for Overseas Operations)
Key Responsibilities
This is a comprehensive management role based in Singapore, covering HR, office administration, and international business facilitation.
HR & Office Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with MOM regulations.
- Oversee work pass applications (EP, SP, WP) and support expatriate employees.
- Office administration: vendors, contracts, office supplies, and facilities management.
- The new office phase requires assistance with layout adjustments, equipment installation, procurement coordination, and relocation-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, HR, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders effectively.
- 5+ years experience in HR, office management, or business operations.
- Familiarity with Singapore HR practices, MOM regulations, and recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills with flexibility to handle multi-functional responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, cross-border environment with small teams.
