Develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and policies that support the overall business objectives, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and maintain alignment with Group standards across all regions (SG/MY/TH).
Act as a trusted HR business partner by offering insights and strategic advice on matters with HR impact or implications.
Work closely with department heads to assess manpower needs and support the development of strategic workforce plans.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and tax requirements.
Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, counselling, and termination in accordance with company policies and labour laws.
Execute and manage annual performance appraisal exercise in preparation for annual salary review, promotion and variable bonus.
Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that support talent retention and business objectives.
Champion a culture of continuous learning by identifying training needs and implementing development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
Drive employee engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations, team-building sessions, and ad-hoc company events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Office Administration:
Manage and oversee the Singapore office administration functions, including the procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, organization and office space management and liaison with vendors and contractors.
Develop and implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned subject to business needs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 1 year in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
Proven experience in HR policy development, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organisational effectiveness.
Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HRIS systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
Strategic thinker with a high level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
Experience in employee engagement or culture-building initiatives will be an advantage.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
