The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, managing e-commerce platforms, and supporting sales and creative teams with content and lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
. Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
. Manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs) and digital promotions.
. Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI.
B. E-Commerce & Online Presence
. Manage the company website, B2B portal, and online marketplaces (if applicable).
. Ensure product listings, pricing, and content are accurate and optimized for conversions.
. Monitor traffic, sales, and customer engagement analytics.
C. Content Coordination
. Work closely with Creative Lead to produce digital assets for campaigns.
. Schedule and publish content across digital channels.
. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all online platforms.
D. Sales & Business Development Support
. Support BD Executive with lead generation campaigns and product launches online.
. Provide insights and data analytics to guide marketing and sales strategies.
E. Reporting
. Maintain dashboards for website, social media, and campaign performance.
. Present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Requirements
. 2-4 years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management.
. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
. Experience managing websites or B2B portals preferred.
. Ability to collaborate with creative, operations, and sales teams.
. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
